Our refurbishment procedure includes disassembly, cleaning, and a thorough inspection of our client’s equipment. We welcome your visit to review the progress and view our in-house processes. Once complete, a technician will present a full assessment of our findings. After quoting the rebuild to customer specifications, our customer now has the full comparison of value for new versus refurbished – a powerful decision tool for our customer.

Waterjet Cutting
Mid-American Machine offers abrasive waterjet cutting services for highly precise, smooth, flat cuts to almost any material. Our OMAX 55100 and OMAX 2652 JetMachining Centers use high-pressure water and abrasive to cut your materials quickly, economically, and safely.
Low cost: We can use your existing .DXF files or other CAD drawings – no costly dies, fixtures or elaborate CNC programming required.
No minimum: Low startup costs make waterjet cutting a viable option for quantities as small as one item.
Guaranteed Precise, Smooth, Flat cuts: Cuts are accurate within +/- .005″, depending on the thickness of the material. Cuts are also smooth and require no deburring.
Any material welcomed: Waterjet cutting is capable of cutting just about any material – from Styrofoam to titanium. The waterjet does not apply heat or pressure, so there is no warping, discoloration or distortion to the finished product.
Environment friendly: Waterjet cutting uses no noxious gases, liquids or oils, making this an environmentally-friendly machining process
